Information you give us
The only information collected directly is what you type into the Request Service form: your name, phone number and/or email address, preferred contact method, the city and location of your boat, optional boat and engine details, your description of the problem, any preferred service date, and any photos or video you choose to attach.
Only your name, a phone number or email address, your city and a problem description are required. Every other field is optional.
How the information is used
Request details are used solely to review your request, decide whether service is available for your boat and location, and contact you about it. The information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
How the information is handled
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the website server and delivered to the business as a request summary. Attached photos and video are transmitted with that summary. This site does not currently maintain a public customer account system.
Measurement and analytics
This site is built to send only non-identifying interaction events, such as the page path, the type of service or service area a page relates to, the location of the button that was used, and a general device category. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, serial numbers, uploaded files and free-form problem descriptions are never sent to analytics.
The site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
Third parties
The website is served through its hosting provider, and web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the standard request information a browser sends when it downloads a file. No other third-party service receives your request details.
Retention
Service request details are kept only as long as needed to respond to the request and maintain a record of work discussed or performed.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting the business through the Contact page.
Changes
If the tools or data collected by this site change, this page will be updated to describe the actual practice.
